This is a full restaurant build-out in a leased shell: construction, kitchen equipment, hoods and fixtures make it a mid-six to low-seven-figure investment, and a ground-up building costs substantially more. The parent has operated restaurants since 2018 and franchising only began in late 2023, so the system is overwhelmingly company-operated, with 32 affiliate stores and 2 franchised units at the end of 2025. Item 19 publishes actual gross sales for the mature affiliate stores. An owner who is an individual must supervise on premises; otherwise a full-time Operating Principal runs the restaurant with a trained Restaurant Leader.
