Jinya Ramen Bar Franchise Model Overview

JINYA Ramen Bars are casual-dining restaurants serving freshly prepared ramen with a range of broths, noodles, proteins and garnishes, plus rice bowls, sushi, Japanese appetizers and drinks for dine-in, takeout and catering. The standard restaurant runs 2,500 to 4,000 square feet in leased space, and the build-out, kitchen, bar and liquor licensing put the investment well into seven figures; a smaller fast-casual bushi by JINYA format is offered separately. Opening inventory and specialty items come through an affiliated supplier. Royalty is a percentage of gross sales, with a modest marketing fund and a required local marketing spend. A Principal Owner holding a majority stake must devote full time in a management role, not behind the counter, and the restaurant must always be supervised by trained managers. The U.S. system is mostly franchised and growing by six to eleven restaurants a year, with no franchise transfers reported in the last three years.

Majority owner willing to serve as the full-time Principal Owner
Capital for a seven-figure casual-dining build-out with bar and liquor license

Groups planning two or more units can use the Area Development Agreement
