Rock N Roll Sushi Franchise Model Overview

Rock N Roll Sushi restaurants are sit-down sushi bars with a rock-and-roll theme, serving lunch and dinner with a full bar, so a liquor license is part of opening. Units occupy 1,500 to 3,000 square feet of leased space in strip centers, malls or freestanding buildings, and the investment swings widely, from the low six figures to near a million, depending mainly on how much of the build-out a landlord covers and whether the space is second-generation restaurant space. The concept began in Alabama and still clusters in the Southeast, with the largest concentrations in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Arkansas. The franchisor is owned by a Destin-based multi-brand restaurant group and operates no restaurants itself. An Operating Principal must supervise, but a qualified full-time manager can run daily operations. The system has grown each of the last three years to 79 franchised units, and Item 19 publishes 2025 gross revenue for each franchised restaurant open the full year.

Multi-unit operators benefit from the reduced fee on additional units
