Sky Zone Franchise Model Overview

Sky Zone franchisees run indoor trampoline parks with trampoline courts and other attractions such as slides, ziplines, ball courts and foam pits. Every park also has private party rooms and a concession area, and revenue comes from jump passes, memberships, parties, food and beverages and merchandise. Parks are usually 16,000 to 50,000 square feet, which makes this a large-format investment in the multimillion-dollar range. The attractions, their installation and a required Master Insurance Program are purchased through the franchisor and its affiliates. Owners name an Operating Partner who personally runs the park, or the park is run by a fully trained general manager. Staff must pass background screening, and parks must meet ASTM safety standards. The system has about 245 U.S. parks, split roughly evenly between franchised and affiliate-owned parks, and the franchisor also converts affiliated Rockin' Jump and DEFY parks to the Sky Zone brand.

Multi-unit or entertainment operators with a strong general manager in place
Owners comfortable with safety, staffing and liability management for high-traffic family venues
