Robeks Franchise Model Overview

Robeks stores sell blended-to-order fruit smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, bowls and light nutritious food, along with branded nutritional supplements, from small counter-service storefronts of roughly 800 to 1,200 square feet, typically in outdoor shopping centers. There is no full kitchen; the build-out is a vanilla-shell leasehold with refrigeration, blenders and juicing equipment, which puts the investment in the mid-six figures. Royalty is a percentage of net sales that varies with the number of stores an owner operates, plus a marketing fund contribution and a small required local spend. Owners do not have to work the store full time; stores must be run by Certified Managers, and the owner must hold the same system knowledge. The brand has franchised since 2001 and is overwhelmingly franchise-owned, with an affiliate running three stores. Unit counts grew through 2024 and dipped in 2025 as several California stores closed. Item 19 reports net sales for stores open the full year.

Semi-absentee owner or operator who can staff stores with trained Certified Managers
Experience managing hourly counter staff, food safety and inventory of fresh produce
Mid-six-figure capital for an inline build-out or for refresh obligations on transfer
Interest in health and wellness retail and comfortable with a seasonal sales curve
Multi-unit operators, given royalty rates tied to number of stores and a 3-unit Legacy program
